December 12, 2025: William (Bill) Rayburn, Chief Executive Officer of the Middlesex-London Paramedic Service (MLPS), announced today that he will be retiring from his role. Mr. Rayburn retires from MLPS following a 26-year career as Chief Administrative Officer of Middlesex County.

The Peter J. Marshall Innovation Award Jury has presented its highest award to Middlesex County for the CARE First Deployment Initiatives led by Middlesex-London Paramedic Service (MLPS).

September 9, 2024 - The Middlesex-London Paramedic Service (MLPS) is proud to announce its participation in the new Community Paramedicine for Long-Term Care Plus (CPLTC+) program, a pilot initiative launched by the Ministry of Long-Term Care. The CPLTC+ program expands on the existing Community Paramedicine for Long-Term Care program, allowing community paramedics to deliver essential diagnostic services directly in long-term care homes. These services include point-of-care testing such as urinalysis, Chem-8 and ultrasound, all of which help diagnose and treat conditions ranging from chronic kidney disease to diabetes.

September 5, 2024 - The Middlesex-London Paramedic Services (MLPS) Authority Board is excited to announce the appointment of Adam Bennett as the new Director of Paramedic Services, following an extensive national search. Adam Bennett, who has been serving as the Interim Chief, brings over 24 years of dedicated service with MLPS and a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, and community engagement.

MLPS on May 26, 2022: Middlesex London Paramedic Service Holds the Cardiac Survivor Day event at the South London headquarters and marked the first time since the start of the pandemic that officials were able to hold the ceremony in person.
