December 12, 2025: William (Bill) Rayburn, Chief Executive Officer of the Middlesex-London Paramedic Service (MLPS), announced today that he will be retiring from his role. Mr. Rayburn retires from MLPS following a 26-year career as Chief Administrative Officer of Middlesex County.

Middlesex-London Paramedic Service Expands Care Through Community Paramedicine for Long-Term Care Plus Program

September 9, 2024 - The Middlesex-London Paramedic Service (MLPS) is proud to announce its participation in the new Community Paramedicine for Long-Term Care Plus (CPLTC+) program, a pilot initiative launched by the Ministry of Long-Term Care. The CPLTC+ program expands on the existing Community Paramedicine for Long-Term Care program, allowing community paramedics to deliver essential diagnostic services directly in long-term care homes. These services include point-of-care testing such as urinalysis, Chem-8 and ultrasound, all of which help diagnose and treat conditions ranging from chronic kidney disease to diabetes.

Adam Bennett, who has been serving as the Interim Chief, brings over 24 years of dedicated service with MLPS and a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, and community engagement.
